If this is your first order with us we kindly as that you check what import regulations and customs regulations apply from you local authorities.

You are responsible as the importer of the products and it is your obligation to monitor possible payments such as customs clearance and/or taxes.

Please note that the product can be an object for opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Snus24 is not responsible if the product has been possibly seized by customs or other authorities.

You cannot get a reimbursement if your products have been returned to us.

 

What are the payment options?

You can pay directly by card on our website.

Once you have registered as a customer, you can pay in advanced with VISA, MasterCard or bank transfer.

If you choose a bank transfer, it will take 2-5 business days for the transfer to process.

All transactions made are sent via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and we at snus24.co.uk never have any access to your card informations.

As soon as the payment is processed into our account you will receive an approval for your order, as well as a confirmation which is sent to your email.

Our products will not be shipped until we receive the payment for your order.

How does the shipping process work?

Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive a confirmation sent to your email address, confirming the order placed.

Most orders are sent within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

The snus will be packaged in a padded envelope or box depending on the size of the order.

We always pack safety to prevent damage to the products during shipment.

We send out an email once your order has been shipped from our distribution warehouse.

Estimated delivery date is completely dependent on the delivery system in the country where the product is being shipped to.

Orders are sent by PostNord.

Once the order leaves Sweden, you can use the tracking number that you have recieved from PostNord at Royalmail

An adults signature may be required.

You must be present at the shipping address to authorize your package upon arrival.

If I would like to change my shipping address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact customer service as soon as possible. One can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Where is my order?

Delays are usually caused by the local post office.

If your package has not come within the estimated time of arrival we recommend to contact the local post office to check if there are any packages being held under your name. Check also if you have applied the correct address when the order was placed. We are not responsible for any faulty information.

 

Is it possible to track my order?

You can track your order on PostNord or on Royalmail by using your tracking number. 

 

 

Do I have return privileges?

Returns are not possible due to the fact tobacco is a perishable good.

 

Problems with received orders?

You should always check that you have received the correct order and that no damage has been caused to the product.

If the product has been damaged during shipment you are to make a claim to the postal service directly when delivered.

If you have received products you have not ordered, or if the quantity is incorrect you are to send an email to info@snus24.com as soon as possible.

How to preserve?

We recommend the snus is stored in a dark and cold area. Snus is a perishable and is best kept in a refrigerator. If you store snus as recommended it should stay preserved for
